Governance
Evidence of the corporate wrongdoing and largesse of the 1990s that surfaced early in the new millennium coupled with the ever increasing focus on social and environmental issues has put corporate governance and corporate social responsibility (CSR) firmly under the spotlight.

This, in turn, has placed a greater responsibility on both fund managers, pension trustees and other professional investors in fulfilling their fiduciary duties.
We now look at the importance of taking corporate governance and CSR issues and considerations into account when investing.
