Derivatives




Derivatives have a reputation for complexity and danger and often conjure up an image of casion capitalism. Warren Buffet even called them financial weapons of mass destruction.


However, arguably derivatives are simply tools that exist to solve problems and are, in many cases, a more efficient way to invest. This module dispels the myths and explains how while covering the principal reasons why, derivatives are used.
